Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Every piece is made to order, so please allow a little time for production. Production typically takes 3–7 business days, and your order will ship no later than the 8th business day after your payment is confirmed. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as it's on its way.
Q: How are Mana Style pieces made?
A: Every item is custom-printed to order once you place your order — nothing is pre-made or kept in bulk inventory. That's why production takes a few business days before your order ships, and why we're unable to offer sizing exchanges or change-of-mind returns (each piece is made specifically for you). It also means every design stays true to our original artwork, printed fresh for each customer.
Q: Can I return or exchange?
A: Since every piece is made to order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, sizing, or change of mind — please check our Size Guide before ordering. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, email us at support@manastyleshop.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos. Once approved, we'll send return instructions (customers are responsible for return shipping costs) and arrange a replacement or refund to your original payment method.
Q: What sizes do you carry, and how do they fit?
A: Rendu Lokalu (oversized boxy fit): S–XL — true to a relaxed, dropped-shoulder oversized fit; size down for a standard fit. The Gaze (regular fit): S–2XL — a clean, regular streetwear fit; size up for extra-loose drape. Since items are made to order, please check exact measurements on our Size Guide before ordering.
Q: How do I care for my Mana tee?
A: Machine wash cold at 30°C, gentle cycle. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low. Cool iron, avoiding the print area. Do not dry clean.
Q: What fabric are the shirts?
A: Rendu Lokalu: 100% pure cotton, heavyweight 250 GSM / 7.4 oz/yd², snow-wash finish. The Gaze: Premium cotton-nylon blend (74.8% cotton, 25.2% nylon), 220 GSM / 6.5 oz/yd². Full details are on each product page.
Q: Are your designs original?
A: Yes — every Mana Style design is 100% original and created entirely from scratch. Each piece starts as a hand-drawn sketch on paper, then goes through several rounds of digital refinement before it's finalized for print. This is the same process most independent clothing brands follow: an idea becomes a rough sketch, the sketch is refined into clean line art, colors and details are adjusted, and only the final, polished version makes it onto a garment. We never trace, copy, or reproduce existing artwork — every design is built by our team from the first pencil line to the final print file.
